DDroomgaerd B&B is situated on the border between the Krimpenerwaard and Lopikerwaard both beautiful natural area´s in the Green heart of The Netherlands.

For walkers, nature lovers and bikers there is a lot to do and the Droomgaerd is the perfect home base to enjoy the space and quietness of this very typical Dutch “polder” and river landscape.

Next to the extensive green meadows there are various small touristic villages and towns in the direct environment well worth visiting like Gouda (cheese, 10 km), Schoonhoven (silver, 5 km), Oudewater (ropes and witches , 10 km) and Nieuwpoort, small waterworks, 7 km).

The area is surrounded by two rivers the Lek and the Hollandse IJssel that create room for bike and walking tours as well as water sports.
